Terms of Service

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors or decline an order; if we cancel an order you have paid for, you are refunded in full.

We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but screens render pastels differently. Slight variation in color, quilting placement and hand-finished ruffles is a feature of how these pieces are made, not a defect.

Delivery times, rates and the 30-day return window are described in Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.

The Fore Divas name, wordmark, emblem, product designs, photography and site copy are owned by Fore Divas. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at scale, or resell our products as your own brand. Accounts or orders involved in fraud may be cancelled.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
